She looked over our house and had a step-by-step list of suggestions to help with getting the most for our house. When it came time for staging the house Kathi even handled that by adding her personal touches. Kathi helped with the buying and even selling of our next house, for my wife and I decided to retire to Europe. While we left for Europe Kathi handled everything for us.     “I worked with Kathi Donivan over the past two months finding my dream home. I called her up on a Wednesday in October, and had only one weekend (one day really) to figure out a house situation. She was super flexible and was able to show me 8 quality homes during my abbreviated stay. I was being extremely particular with what I wanted in my home, so she conjured up three more options that were near perfect. The only problem was this housing market being so competitive that I was outbid on two of my offers. When we found the fourth (dream) home, Kathi gave me sound advice for presenting a good offer that wasn't too much on my budget and we negotiated a great price from the asking. We also negotiated a quick closing date and she worked super well with my mortgage company to make sure I got the loan on time.     “We started working with Kathi 2+ years ago (that's how long it took for me to get my forever home). Though we were working with Kathi primarily, I could tell that there is a team effort. We were looking to buy a house before moving to the Springs and what was most important to me was finding a realtor that I can trust. The first time we talked with Kathi I knew she was what we were looking for. She did not try to push us into signing any agreements with her and did multiple showings for us until we found what we were looking for. She is a unique realtor in that she guides her clients into getting what they want rather than trying to get a quick sale.
